Hi,
I need to integrate CP-6921-C-K9 and CP-7962G in CUCM 6.1.3. How can I integrate these new model of phones?
Do I need a Device Pack? How can I get this Device Pack?
Thanks,

Hi David,
CP-7962G :- Is supported in 6.0(1) and greater. So 6.1.3 has its supports by default.
CP-6921-C-K9 :- Supported in 7.1.2 and later using Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) and Supported in 7.1.5 and later using SIP. This can not be used in 6.1.3.

Hi,
Also you can check SRND of respective CUCM and can refer " Unified Communications Endpoints" section. It will ist all the supported phones.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/8x/endpnts.html#wp1043531
You have to keep in mind that some of the ip phones may require firmware upgrade or latest device default installed etc.

So, is there any way to make 6921 works with CUM 6.1? if I setup the phone to work with SIP, is that works?

Actually, I have been able to get a 6921 using SCCP working under CUCM 6.1. (in my case 6.1(5)).
Please note that this is officially unsupported and you do this at your own risk.
You need to install the "IP Phone QED Enabler" for the 69X1 phones, which enables the new device types in CUCM.
You will need download rights on CCO to be able to get this image. You will need to restart your cluster after applying this file.
Please again note that this is totally unsupported. Cisco's documents are clear in saying that you need to be at version 7.1(5) to make this work officially. I personally wouldn't do this in a production environment

Hello guys,
I have a very similar situation, literature tells me that 6921 ip phone is the replacement of 7911, I know that this is not recomended by Cisco on 6.1.5, then.. what other ip phone can replace the 7911 on a UC 6.1.5?.. Thanks a lot
