Multiple AD Forests - Single Exchange Org

Customer has 5 AD forests but have setup a single "Exchange Resource Forest".

Is it even a possibility for Unity to integrate to this single Exchange environment with multiple forests?

I should not that this customer is up and running in this environment. We didn't do the installation so I am just curious about support.

The customer ran the GrantUnityAccess on all AD accounts and thats what allowed this to work.

Any takers on this? I am working with my local Cisco account team and not having any luck. Anyone from the BU care to comment?

Hi Andy,

Did you ever get any feedback? I have a client who is also considering using a dedicated Exchange 2007 Resource Forest with Unity 7. Any help/tips appreciated.
