We are going through an upgrade of all our Unified Software, CUCM,CUP, CUC,CUPC,UCCX,

pretty much anyhing dealing with voice and I was in charge of upgading the Presence and

configuring it for company wide deployment. This book made me look like a rock star and it's well

worth the money you'll spend on it. The book covers versions 7.X and 8.X and it walks you through

step by step.

As far as I know, there is no PDF format available. You will have to buy the actual book.
