Phone supercopy on some phones fails with Unmapped Exception ../Source/Block_Ciphers/Block_Cipher.cpp:do_evp_final: Bad ciphertext data size provided.: error:0606506D:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:wrong final block length
I am able to create phones without using supercopy. Regular copy works fine too.
Any ideas why?

Opened a case with Cisco on this. This is a known issue. Cause is corrupted SSH credentials.configured on the phone. The fix is that you clear the SSH credentials. Once you save/apply, the problem is fixed.

It would be of help if you where to share the version of CM that you’re on and also the model of phone your trying to copy.

Regular Copy copies the base phone, leaving the line-level configuration blank. Supercopy will copy both the phone-level configuration and all line-level configuration to a new device. So my first thought is that there is some issue (guessing encryption or security-related given the error) on one or more lines on the phone you are super-copying.
But, to @Roger Kallberg's point, it could also be a bug. So please do provide the CUCM version and also the phone model of the phone you are attempting to supercopy.
