Hi, We wanted to record the voice communication happening over the CUCM server (acting as a SIP server for all phones) to external voice recorder. For this we have place C8200 series router with the cube licenses. Can you please help me with the configuration to be done at Cisco CUCM and C8200 router side?

You need a third-party recording application, such as Imagicle. Do you have it? You cannot do it with just CUCM and 8200.
You can do recording based on media forking using built-in bridge or network-based recording from the gateway.

Thanks. We have Eventide NexLog recorder for recording of calls. Do we have such document to proceed with the configurations?

The config depends, what sort of recording you wanna do. There are different typs of recording "modes":
