Reporting for Contact Centre

Hello,

Customer is trying create custom reports for their call center, however they prefer to do this using the data directly from the Database server, rather than CUIC.

any idea how do we obtain the Raw data, any documentation?

Once you have access to the UCCX DB following above, then it is up to you how to use the data and create Custom Reports
