Hi,
I can see the SIP trunk duration on the CUCM "Time in full service" keeps going to zero.
is this normal? If not normal, how can I find logs that can help me find the reason behind this?

This is not normal. Check your configuration on the SIP trunk and in the gateway it points to. To me this sounds like a flapping link.

Its not normal. reset the trunk and see if it makes any change..
