Unable to modify button items on IP Phones

Hello everyone,

A costumer is using Call Manager version 8.5.1.11004-25.

We were trying to modify the button items for a 8941 phone to add BLF buttons but we are seeing this error: Update failed. TypeDbErrors.gen25310.

I also tried to modify button items for another model, 7841, but the same issue happened.

Do you guys know the meaning of this error?

Verify the the database replication, run the utils dbreplication runtimestate command from the CLI of the publisher node,

Are you making the changes on Publisher or subscriber ?
