ISSUE RESOLVED. NOT SURE WHAT I DID OTHER THAN THE APP PERMISSIONS
I am getting errors with Unified Messaging connecting to O365. I have followed the v14 config guide and updated my Azure Application Permissions to Application permissions from Delegated permissions.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue with the customer, and they ended up having to regenerate the client secret. I don't know if this is related to the same problem with LDAP integrations where the password is long. For those I had to re-enter the password for both the LDAP directory and LDAP authentication.
