Unity Connection 10.X TTS Function

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know can someone point me in the direction of a document that can show me how to setup TTS function for Unity Connection 10.X, my manager came to me and wanted to know can we have this setup because several of the lawyers in our firm want to use this.
