Hi,
one of our users gets an e-mail with the VM attached to it every time when someone leaves him a voice message. He has no notification devices enabled but the HTML_Missed_Call notification device. Other users with the same notification device config don't get e-mails like this. Is there another place to configure e-mail notifications or delivering VM by e-mail?
Unified Messaging is not configured. Also 'Allow voicemail as attachments to HTML notifications' is not enabled in System Settings > Advanced > Messaging. Actually, the mail in question isn't even a HTML notification, it has no content/message body, there's only the subject and the attachment in it.
Any ideas?

Check Edit > Message Actions in the user profile. Is the message action Relay or Accept and Relay? If so, change to Accept the Message.
