Hi,
I am in the process of upgrading unity connection 8.0.3 to 8.6.2, COP file on Cisco download page is for 9.0.1 under 8.6.2.
is it ok to use this file to upgrade to 8.6.2 ?

Yes, it is the same file, use it safely.

Thank you for the clarification, I have another question, under supported platform requirement for Hard Disk is listed as "Four 300-GB SAS 2.5-in. hot-swap hard disks; 2 RAID 1s" for Platform 7845I3.

Show hardware is showing as follows on my server:
PD Type: SAS
Raw Size: 279.396 GB [0x22ecb25c Sectors]
Non Coerced Size: 278.896 GB [0x22dcb25c Sectors]
Coerced Size: 278.464 GB [0x22cee000 Sectors]
is it correct size for upgrade ?
