I have Unity Connection
Version 8.5.1ES42.12019-42
Option 4 to reply to a message when left from a fellow subscriber on occasion is not available. It skips it. These calls are internal and in most cases I can go ahead and hit 4 and it works even though it does not state it.
It's almost like it sees some calls as external messages when they are actually from internal subscribers.
Any ideas.

Can you please give us some more information..for eg.. Is this a new install or upgrade? , Was it working before ? Did you install any locales ?

It was a relatively new install on version UCSInstall_UCOS_8.5.1.11900-21. Then we upgraded to 8.5.1ES42.12019-42 about 3 months later to fix a exchange 2010 UM issue. I don't have any additional locales installed. It believe it works 95 percent of the time. Exact percentages are hard to tell because most users don't use that feature from the TUI very often. But I have an example stored in a voicemail box currently as an example.

I'm having similar problem on UC version 8.5.1ES65.13900-65.
Before upgrade to UC 8.5 they did not have this issue, but on 8.5 they are not getting the option 4 to reply when they call in from a external phone (Cell phone, etc). Works fine from IP phones on net which are unity subscribers. I added the cell phone as alternate extension and waiting for feedback on if that solved it.

Were using Classic Conversation, not custom but for some reason those 2 reply options weren't enabled on the COS so I enabled those and will see if it is better now.
