Hi,i have Unity 4.0(4) Unified Messaging (integrated with Exchange 2003) on Windows 2003.
When a certain extension tries to leave a voicemail to other people internally we get this in the event viewer.
Source: CiscoUnity_ConvMsg
Category: Network
EventID: 10015
Description:
IAvDohMessage::Submit returned[0x800404dc] on line 683 of file e:\views\cs_ue4.0.3.159\un_Core2\ConversationEng\AvStateSvr\AvSMsgSend.cpp
They never get the voicemail that is left by the person. This person can still receive VM but can not send.

Looks like it's a known bug: http://www.ciscounitysupport.com/find.php?EvtID=10015&EvtSrc=CiscoUnity_ConvMsg
But it was supposedly fixed in version 4.0(3.86): http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCed32773&Submit=Search

I don't think that is my issue. I am still having this problem can anyone suggest something else?

Hi -
Is the user getting a mailbox full message when checking voicemail from the TUI? The user's inbox size restriction may have reached the Prohibit Send specified. The Prohibit Receive limit is typically greater. If this is a UM implementation, can the same user send an email out?

I thought that might be it as well. This user is using the most storage but there are not limits set in exchnage. It is UM and the person can send other people e-mails.
