upgrade from CUCM 11.5 to 14 ?

is this possible to upgrade from cucm version 11.5 directly to 14 ?

i think,
you must do "Fresh install" your CUCM 14 & then do Data Import from your old CUCM 11.5

That's wrong, you can do a direct refresh upgrade from 11.5 to 14.

Might as well go directly to 15.x.

If you're going to go through all the trouble - just go to 15...  14 has a shortened life cycle.
