I am planning to perform an upgrade of our production CUCM. I requested the upgrade software from cisco and they sent me an e-download. I only realized after the request that i need to perform the upgrade using the 'restricted' version. I am fairly sure that i requested the restricted version but is there a way for me to tell by looking at the iso file name or description whether it is restricted or not? thanks in advance.

Hi there,
The "Restricted" or common version file would look like this;
UCSInstall_UCOS_11.0.1.20000-2.sgn.iso
The "Unrestricted" or less used version file would look like this (note the UNRST);
UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_11.0.1.20000-2.sgn.iso
Cheers!

Thanks for sharing.I checked further "R" is for electonic delivery.
UCM-11.0-SW-K9 is for Restricted S/W while UCM-11.0-SW-K9-XU is Unrestricted.
So, what u have ordered is RST version.
