Hi
I know CUCM can be set to record calls on phones but it requires a recorder of some sort to work.
Can the Voice Gateway (2921) be configured as a recorder?

Hi,
It does not look feasible as per the Features and services guide, you need to have a custom recording solution

The gateway can however be a part of the call flow ( for SIP trunk termination from cucm ) for Network Based Recording solution.
