Hello, I've been tasked with repairing a non-working fax line. I do know the full phone number in question and that it is a DID number. Is there a way in CUCM to find the number or any information about the number in question. The closest that I've been able to find is under Call Routing > Translation Patters, but the number in question isn't in that list. di

Try Call Routing > Route Plan Report
That will show you any object in the CUCM system with that number.
Let us know if that doesn't show you the information you are seeking.

In addition to what @Maren Mahoney said, you could also DNA (Dialed Number analyzer) to see how CUCM would translate it. You would need to know which gateway/trunk the PSTN uses to deliver the call, and how many digits you telco provider is sending to you for inbound calls.
