Had a customer that could not log in to start there meeting. Well they could login but the system would not see them as the Scheduler, it would just give them the message saying wait untill the presenter joins. I had to have them call and login so the meeting would start.
Also, I look and no one that logging in via the meeting link in callendar has there name! they all say guest.
Any pointers on how to fix this.
