ANI is not getting displayed for Preview Dialing in UCCX - 9.X

Hi - We are using ooDefualt layout which includes ANI and DNIS,

In CAD for few calls we are getting ANI as Extn No and for few calls ANI as System, But in BACustomerNumber we are getting DNIS info for all the calls without any issue.

CTI SRV logs dosen't have much info to figure out the issue.

Is there any dependencies in using ANI for Preview Calls.
