Hi,
I have B200M3 and B200M4 servers in the same 5108 chassis. UCS 2.2.5a
B200M3 include 2 VICs : 1240 with 1280 and no faults reported
But the B200M4 include 1340 with 1280 and it give fault: Adaptor mismatch. with description: server 1/5 has invalid adaptor combination
So I think B200M4 should have 1380 to be compatible with the 1340. But I didn't find what confirm this on Cisco. So please confirm me that

Attached image have your answer. Checked the B200 M4 spec sheet, on page 24 or search with " Supported B200 M4 I/O Configurations "

As MJ pointed out, you would need the 1340 with the 1380 or the 1240 with the 1280.
