FI 6324 FC-PORT overall status : Admin down

hi, all:

anyone can help me ?

on the FI 6324 , the fc-port status is admin down. addition info : administratively down.

what's wrong with the fc-port,

Hi

The port is in default VSAN = 1 ? I don't think this is correct ?

I hope you defined at least one VSAN for each FI, different from 1 ! eg. 20 on FI-A and 30 on FI-B.

The port VSAN on the FI has to match with the one on the MDS !

Please post the output of the following CLI (connect nx-os) for UCS and connecting MDS ?

sho interface fc ....

- do you have FC SFP's in this port ?

- are the patch cable MMF ?

- has VSAN 102 "zoning disabled" ?
