We are using N6K, 2K and UCS240M4S in our network. I want to know know how to make network connection between N2K with model number
N2K-C2248TP-E-1GE and UCS 240M4S. Do we need to form Trunk or Edge port between UCS and 2K ? We will be installing around 5 to 6 VM on UCS which will be on same Vlan.
Here is reference network diagram . Please let me know best practice for these network connection.
1. Do we need to Trunk or Edge port between UCS and 2K ?
2. Do we need to place ILO, Managment and Data NIC into different VLAN ?
3. Is there any fault in this design ?
4. What are best practice to improve this design ?

You should check out the Cisco Validated Designs ("CVD"). Here are the Data centre ones.

The Flexpod designs are close to what you are doing.

You can use the Cisco UCS Manager to manage VLANS. You can do the following:
Configure named VLANs and Private VLANs (PVLANs).
Assign VLANS to an access or trunk port.
Create, delete and modify VLANs.
