Hello UCS Community, is there a way to script the backps of UCS configs that are normally done from the Admin tab of the UCS Manager GUI? Thanks...

Hello Mike,
UCSM 2.1 allows to schedule backup and export it to backup location.
I have attached tcl /expect script if you are still looking for scripted backup solution.
For it to work, you need to first define a backup operation ( protocol, location, username etc ) in UCSM and change hostname, password information in the script.
./ucs-backup-script.sh
Backup script is based of this blog post
http://blogs.cisco.com/datacenter/getting-to-know-your-ucs-fabric-interconnect-neighbors/
Also attached power shell script that I found it on internal alias. Google will also find it from external blog posts.

Hi Padma,
I'm attempting to access your attached script but get a "Permission Denied".
TIA,
Amir
