Are the Teradici PCoIP Hardware Accelerator cards supported on a C240-M3 ?

Yes the Teradici Apex 2800 is supported with the C240 M3 and the C220 M3.  See the PCoIP Adapter Interoperability Matrix Table in the UCS HCL
