Hi all,
I'll setup a UCS Lab enviroment fot our company.I have 6 x C-200 M2 servers (only with 2x1Gig LOM ports) 2 x 6120XP and couple of blades.I have no problems about connecting blade chassis to 6120.But i have a few questions about connecting C-200 servers to the 6120.
I want to use 1Gig LOM ports for data traffic so i need to use some kind of (or type of) SFP+ to making connection between c-200 to 6120.
or can i do something else.
i dont have any FEX or some other solutions for now.We ordered and waiting for delivery.

Hi Burak,
For the C series integration, you need to have the FEX to which the LOM ports connect for the server management and then the 10 gig ports (from a CNA) connect to the 6120 for the data path.
Without the FEX you won't be able to connect them to the 6120.

Yes that is correct!
Here is URL for the C200 server with the UCSM which will provide you more details:

hi Abhinav,
Thanks for your response first.
We dont have the CNA Cards on c-200 so this means LOM ports are the only ports. In this scenerio you say we gonna need CNAs on servers and also FEX for management integration.
correct?
