UCS C220M3 not booting

Hello All,

 

i am getting below error when access UCS from monitor and from CIMC:

 

Please tell me how can i fix it as i tried given document but it is not working for my server..as given steps.

Is this a new installation or a working server that has been working for a while already?

If it is a new install...

*are you using a Cisco's custom image?

*Have you confirmed the OS version and the hardware/firmware are compatible?

*Is it a boot from SAN?

 

If it is not a new install...

*Was there any recent hardware/software changes?

*Is this booting from SAN?
