UCS Central license

I'm trying to get a PAK so I can license UCS Central ... I can't seem to get it, I realize I'm supposed to purchase the free software in order to get a PAK, but I can't seem to do so.  Can anyone help?

Can you please tell me exactly what you are doing to try to get the PAK  and what is the error or issue that you are experiencing?
