We're in the process of replacing our UPS unit inside one of our data centers whicih currently houses one of our UCS's, everything needs to be shutdown in there, so I was wondering what's process for properly shutting down the UCS. We have the following on that particular box:
1. Call Manager Subscriber
2. Unity Connection Subscriber
3. SFTP Server for backups
Thanks for any suggestions and recommendations.

Hi Fred,
Please see the following link: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-17755
I would also recommend to take a full configuration backup of the UCS system before shutting down.
