Are they getting admin permissions as well as read-only permissions, or are they only receiving read only permissions and unable to make any changes.
Admin credentials will come with Read-Only permissions checked as well, this should still give them full user rights. However, if they do not have full user rights and are only having Read-Only, there may be an issue with the configuration of the LDAP group / settings. If there is an issue please send me a screenshot of the LDAP group / Users.
