Only thing good about this switch is that it is cheap and does not require a DNA license, and everything else is crappy. It is not running IOS. Will not buy this model again.
Update: We were able to download the OVA with the help of TAC. Account Team stepped-in and filled some internal forms that was not accessible to customers and finally got access to the download.
Ordered the software and got the license posted to our smart account but did not receive any download link in the order confirmation. MCE website download gets only the EULA. Cannot figure out how or from where to download.
If you can access the web interface of ATA then enable debug and reboot ATA. Logs may give some clue and if it is finding the call manger in the first place. Also, install the latest QED file for ATA. Some release notes says that QED must be install...
