HiI found good way I'd like to sharefrom cisco serviceability > trace > configurationcheck " Device Name Based Trace Monitoring"then select the specific device you want to trace itthen from RMTM you will find traces for that specific ip phone
thank you rafamar2 for your replybut I already tried RTMT but when view real time traces ,there is a lot of logs appeared I cant filter it to that specific ip phone
