Problem is solved. CUCM to VG trunk was H323 but VG to ITSP was SIP so the ring-back tone problem has gotten.Old Call Flow: IP Phone > CUCM > H323 > CUBE > SIP > ITSPNew Call Flow: IP Phone > CUCM > SIP > CUBE > SIP > ITSP
