Click on the Proposal Generator Tool and the link is broken. How do we get access?

Sorry guys, after further research it appears the tool has been decomissioned. Check out the downloadable proposals in the "Steps to Success" at http://tools.cisco.com/s2s/spotlight.do?method=spotlightDetails&spotlightId=25 .

The link in mikeall reply from Oct 16 is also not working as of Nov 23rd 2012. Mike, if you see this can you correct or provide other direction?
