Hi,
I'm trying to access CME services on a Cisco 524G phone by pressing the 'book' button and then option 4 'CME Services' but it fails. On the display I see 'Run Application' followed by 'Failed'. The same services on a Cisco 7911 and Cisco 7965 work fine (i.e. connected to the same UC).
I'm therefore wondering whether such services work on the 524G and, if not, how users can configure things such as Single Number Reach and personal speed dials?

Is this a CCA configured system? This should work no problem...

Thanks. Turned out to be a firmware issue. I've upgraded it and the issue is gone.
