Jabber support on UC500

Wanted to know whether UC500 series products support Jabber clients. Have been looking into the forums but getting conflicting information.

Please, I need a clarification here - Cisco no longer supports Jabber for the iPhone over 3G/4G to a UC540? My understanding was that this would work on the iphone with the Jabber client and Cisco AnyConnect VPN connected via SSL VPN to an ASA5505 (with the proper SSL and Mobile licenses installed).

Does anyone have this working reliably?

but direct SSL VPN to UC500 is not supported.

for configuration, please refering to ASA5505 manual
