Hi,
Does SPA9xx and SPA5xx support LDAP lookups for inbound calls? If the phones supports it, what settings need to be configured for this. If not, are there any plans in the future for this feature to be supported on these phones?

Hi Ryan-Glenn;
The feature is currently not supported for inbound, it works for outbound only. It is not in the short term roadmap.

Ryan,
The only way I know to do this would be to use Call Ctrl which will screen pop inside Windows for all incoming phone calls. There is support for LDAP and XML shared directory. This does require the additional software, but the only way I know how to accomplish your requirement.
