I've had several client complaints about disconnects.
The call scenario is as follows....
External call is answered by the user and placed on hold.
When the user retrieves the call from hold, with the handset off-hook, the call is retreived to Speaker.
Then the user presses the speaker button to switch to handset and the call is disconnected.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
If it is a defect then it's still active in SPA525G 7.6.2 firmware as well. I've noticed that 7.5.6 load behaves differently and more as expected: retrieving from hold in off-hook state does not divert audio to speaker and there's no need to toggle hook switch (or risk of accidentally disconnecting the call by pressing speaker button).
Maybe it's related to a new configuration parameter. Did you resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Boudewijn
