I have a customer with a UC560. They are using TAPI for click to dial with their CRM system. Several employees use terminal server and they require TAPI to work with termijnal services. V2.2.0.5 does not seem to work with terminal services. Does anyone know if there is a TAPI driver that will work with UC560 and terminal services?

I know you have already asked this question, but here my same reply
No, to my knowledge a PC or server can support only one TAPI connection this also includes servers running terminal server. You should be able to run one, but only one TAPI session in a TS environment.

I thought that it might be the same for TS
Do you know if a third party does something that will work?

I don’t know of any 3rd party solution

Apparently Estos http://www.estos.com/products/drivers-middleware/ecsta-series.html does one, but it cost 750 Euro - ouch

You can use virtualized desktops instead of terminal services, but it will require you to completely redesign the way users login. We also use a terminal server farm for users to login, but I think it would've been great if we switched to virtual desktops so that we could segregate issues we have with a particular server.
But that's a completely different topic and forum.
