Hi Guys,
I am having an issue with the voicemail notifications to cell phones. We use this for our general delivery mailbox for after hours support.
Whn a message is left the email notification sends fine but the cell phone notification call the phone and all you can hear is silence. I have tried pressing keys but everntually it just hangs up.
I also tried setting it up for my personal mailbox and the same issue occurs. I dialed my voicemail directly using 6201 then left a message. My phone rings and again nothing but silence.
Before posting this I searched all other threads relating to this and couldnt find the same issue.
Any Ideas?
