Hi,
I want to upgrade my SPA112
The manual says to click on administration and then upgrade firmware.
In my administration I have only have "quick setup"
Don't have firmware upgrade.
any idea?

Hi J, try using different internet browsers. Cycle through such as use IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.

JH. Make sure you're logging into the GUI as the "admin" username. The "cisco" user has limited privileges. You can alternately upgrade the unit by using CURL and posting a .xml config file telling the unit where to go to upgrade.

Hi JH,
As the others have said, first make sure you're logging in as admin. Secondly, if this is a new, never upgraded ATA, you'll have to use Internet Explorer for this first upgrade.
