Hi Sir,
I have two routers. Each router has an ISDN BRI S/T port. I have only one ISDN BRI line.
I'd like to perform a back-to-back ISDN connection between these two routers. Do you have any reference guide on how to set it up using only a single ISDN line? My telco switch type is basic-net3.
Thank you.
B.Rgds,
Lim TS

In your case you will need 2 ISDN BRI lines, one each between the router & ISDN switch.
ISDN BRI requires a switching device in the circuit to work; it’s not as simple as reversing tip and ring - you could use an ISDN simulator for this purpose.
ISDN back to back is possible using the following cards: VIC-2BRI-ST & VIC-2BRI-NT/TE (NOTE, these are mainly used for Voice applications & if I understand correctly this is not what you are looking for)

ISDN simulator is the best bet.
Thanks, Mak
