Hi All,
I am playing around with MS Team integration with webex app for on prem unified CM. everything is working as per expected behaviour described in the webex help site except the call history.
The following documents describes the steps to enable for call history to be present in the MS Team app for WEbex app. I couldn't find the "Centralized Call History" option under the service management.
As per the above doc,

Kindly advise please or let me know if there are any other pre-requisite to display the same.
My CUCM: System version: 14.0.1.10000-20

Supported Cisco Unified CM version for call history (recent calls): 12.5 SU7 or 14 SU3

14SU3 release is scheduled for next month.

We are running 12.5 SU9 and do not have the option to enable Centralized Call History. Any ideas?

I think the Cisco documentation is wrong as it mentions 12.5 SU7 + but I believe you need 14.1 SU3.

Centralized call history is supported from 12.5SU7 and 14SU3 versions, as mentioned in the documents.
