Hi all,
Is there any way to delete a WebEx account from WebEx Administration page instead of control hub? Only deactivate account option is available without deleting option. I need to associate the user's email address to a new account.
Thanks.

Hi,
There is no option to delete user under WebEx Administration. Only option you have under is Disable/Deactivate. Under WebEx Control Hub you get option to Delete or Deactivate user.

I did the Webex chat as suggested above and, was told the users could not be deleted only deactivated.
I was then directed to the link below.

So is there a particular reason as to why a full "delete" of inactive account is not possible to do on Site Administration? I also have a customer that has over 45 inactive users and they want to remove them by completely deleting them. Does Webex not allow this "delete" option for any particular reasons such as reporting, data retention of meetings? Please let me know.
Thanks,
Alpesh

Hi,
It is not possible to link users in WebEx Administration to WebEx Control Hub. You will have to create new users in WebEx Control Hub. Please read this document:
