Hello,
today something strange happened, I registered a phone on a Customer's Webex Calling organization, at one point the phone dsappeared and then I tried to adding it another time. Now, when I click on "Add device", I can selct "existing user", select my test user and then the QR code is displayed with the activation code. Webex didn't asked me to select the model of the phone or if I want to register the phone via MAC address or activation code. I resetted the phone and then entered the code displayed on Webex Calling but the phone gives me an "invalid activation code" error.
What can I do? I never saw a situation like that...
Thank You
Giulia

Contact Us - Webex Help Center
Try this too:
1.Delete the phone from control hub [If it exists]
2.Add phone via MAC address
3.Enter “#000” as activation code or factory reset

Definitely a case that needs TAC assistance.

It would be helpful if You would add a link to Cisco Tac. if we're here, we definitely don't know where that is.

Have you tried with cisco.com? There you can get into contact with TAC

How did you generate the activation code? IIRC, the one generated from settings.webex.com or from within the Webex app is only valid for Room devices. MPP codes can only be generated in CH
