I have got a new Webex ORG tenant where the admin landing page on the control hub is stuck on the welcome wizard page with the frozen cards. Any help on how to fix this?

I have tried those as basic steps, didn't work. So, we finally opened up a case with the support, and we figured out a bug. It is only happening with the new tenant creation. The support staff has also found the issue on his sandbox. The workaround was when you see cards are not loading and frozen, just keep refreshing the page until all the steps are completed (either dismiss or click to configure) and then finally we saw the congratulations screen and close button.

Try a private browser window or clearing your browser cache (I know it sounds dumb but sometimes it works). Otherwise you need to open a provisioning assistance case with the XaaS team.
