Hello,   I have webex calling and I need 3 modes..Day mode, after hours mode,  and end of day mode.

The receptionist will answer from 8-430.    ext 18760

the tellers will  answer from 430-6pm        hunt group of phones

after  6pm,there  will be a night message.

I created a schedule , but that only gives me open or closed,  no thrid option.

Is there a way to do this?   thanks

That's the way it is designed. There are just office hours and after hours. But you can youse the conditional call forward.

Or you forward all calls during day and after hours to a CQ and in night mode to a VM. The CQ itself may also have a schedule to either go to the queue or to the after hours agents. Basically the same as you did but with having the call forward in another place
