My AP541N units (all of them) are now filling up the logs with entries like the below. Seems to be the same as here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12221896/mdnsresponder-error-over-and-over though that is 4 months old with a poor solution of not using the Bonjour/Airplay Feature which is not an option here.

You dont need Bonjour on the WAP enabled for Airplay/Airprint to work on Apple devices :) Airprint/airplay should work anyway as long as your router supports this. So you can leave it disabled.

My name Eric Moyers. I am an Engineer in the Small Business Support Center.
This is actually related to a problem that originates within something that Apple changed in their Bonjour Sleep Proxy. Customer can read more about the Bonjour Sleep Proxy here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_Proxy_Service

Normally the error message that I see is " mDNSResponder: ERROR: getOptRdata - unknown opt 4"
I personally have only recently started seeing the "ERROR: getOptRdata - unknown opt 65002".
I would also make sure that WMM is enabled on your Wireless routers and or Access Points.
What I usually tell customers is that if they experience this issue they should disable bonjour on the WAP.
If this does not improve your issue, please call our support center and open a case so that one of our engineers can work directly with you.

We had this problem as well within a client's network.
Disabled bonjour; problem solved.

Yes, Disabling Bonjour does eliminate the issue, though that solution does not work for us as Bonjour is required for AirPrint to work. We have several iPad users that Print to our printers and we need to have it on for them to do so.

I know we went though quite a bit to get AirPrint to work. The WAPs SSID are on the same VLAN/Subnet as the Printers. I can turn it off and do some testing, though was pretty sure we needed it on for it to work.
