hi,
we bought some new 3800 Access Points and we have only 3750 Switches at our premises. as this new AP required 802.3at power but our switches are normal POE switches ... is there a work around to solve this problem other than Power Injectors and external Power Supplies .

no there is no workaround.
either you need to replace the switch or buy Power Injector/External power supply.

they will run on standard PoE, but have some limitations - I believe they only activate 2 of the 4 antenna internally, and run on 2 of 3 spatial streams.
Or...
As stated here, buy injectors, or a new switch. However, this doesn't have to be done right away ?
**UPDATE ** Sorry about that, 3700's will run in reduced mode. It looks like the 3800 mandates higher power levels and won't run at all with "standard PoE".
