Hello all, I am looking at adding a bunch of the 3702s to the network. I am upgradeing the 5508 WLCs to FUS 1.7 and 1.9 then I will upgrade to IOS 7.6.110  for this. I am in need of configuration guide for the 3850 piece. Will I be able to get the full 11ac this way?  thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi

In your scenario (registering 3702 on to 5508) there is no special config required on 3850, just leave it as L2 switch & configure the AP connected switch port as "access ports". I would encourage you to go for 7.6MR3 (will be released for public in coming weeks), you can get the pre-release from TAC. Refer the following link for that.

Specific configurations required if you want to enable WLC functionality of your 3850 & register your APs to 3850 WLC. Here is what you want in that scenario.
